Studio Session @ K.Cole Studio
I’ve been thinking a lot more on creative input with the business aspect and reflecting on what I am aiming for during all the shutdowns and pandemic slow-ups. Concentrating more on the social side of the business for starters, connecting with other photographers and models around Denver, and I hope to give some updates on that soon as things develop.
On another note, while jumping back into that swing, I’ve been wanting to shoot at studios more and more. Here in Denver, very few studios are open/ re-opened around my area so plotting through the choices is a good vibe. Recently, with the help of one of my favorite people and terrific model, Leslia@mme_a.rotcorp , we spent some time at K.Cole Studio here in town, and as far as naturally lit studios go..it’s omega pretty! I love the gray-tone wood flooring. The giant window space floods the room with the best light I’ve seen in a long while. The safety procedures they take to keep everything in check during the covid issues are very well managed, and to be respected. I’ve always seen some gorgeous things coming through this studio and I was flippin’ stoked to see what havoc I could bring to the table. We were aiming for a very casual, cozy/lounge at home vibe - which is my favorite look. It’s becoming one of my favorite things to do. 100% you’re gonna love the aesthetic. The image color palette has a very cool value to it, but a bit of warmth where needed and it just shows so well.
10/10 would recommend any one looking for a place to shoot to whether it’s portrait, intimate, boudoir, etc.. Your photography skills will do well here. Check K.Cole Studio and never regret one of the best decisions ever.
